Seeking support takes courage, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, trusting counselling environment based on dignity, honesty, and respect.

Fundamentally, I believe in every person’s inherent worthiness and innate resilience and that, given the right circumstances, individuals will move toward growth.

My approach is warm, engaged, authentic, and inclusive. I believe that therapy should feel approachable, personalized, and connected. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, eating disorders/disordered eating, people-pleasing and boundaries, perfectionism, grief, chronic shame, self-esteem, trauma, and so much more.
